Insurance
We accept insurance. We are an in-network provider for with Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, and Aetna PPO. We also accept HSA/FSA plans. We are more than happy to assist you with verifying your outpatient therapy benefits including deductibles, co-pays, co-insurances and out-of-pocket maximums before beginning therapy. (We do not accept Medicaid plans).

Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
2. Does my plan cover out of network benefits? How much is covered?
3. Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
4. Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
5. Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Out-of-Network?
If you have another insurance provider, we accept out-of-network benefits. We want to increase access to affordable therapy.
We work with Mentaya, a platform that helps clients get money back on out-of-network therapy sessions. To see if you qualify for reimbursement, click below. (If we accept your insurance, email or call is and we would be happy to check them.) If you qualify, Mentaya will file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to make sure you get reimbursed. Ask us for more details.

Cancellation Policy
We prioritize our clients by holding your appointment time just for you. If you are unable to make an appointment, please cancel at least 24 business hours in advance. Anyone canceling an appointment with less than a 24 business hour notice will be charged the full session fee.
